WebGIS 2.0 MP Bhulekh: Check Madhya Pradesh Land Records Online

WebGIS 2.0 is the new-generation MP Bhulekh land-records interface for Madhya Pradesh. It is used to view and search land records and maps such as Khasra, Khatoni, Adhikar Abhilekh, MRR Copy, RCMS Order Copy and digitized maps. The official MP Bhulekh app listing identifies the service as an official mobile application of the Commissioner Land Records, Department of Revenue, Government of Madhya Pradesh and links the support website to webgis2.mpbhulekh.gov.in.

Open https://webgis2.mpbhulekh.gov.in/ with JavaScript enabled. Select the land-record/search module shown on the home screen. Choose district, tehsil and village. Then choose the search method displayed by the portal. Official app information confirms search by village, landowner name, survey number or plot number. Enter the captcha or verification value if shown, submit and open the matching Khasra, Khatoni, Adhikar Abhilekh or map result.

For informal checking, use the on-screen record and map view. For official use, use the certified-copy option. The official app listing says certified copies are available for Khasra, Khatoni, Adhikar Abhilekh, MRR Copy, RCMS Order Copy and Maps. Because certified copies may require login, payment or verification, this guide does not describe them as free and does not invent fees.

Use Khatoni and Adhikar Abhilekh for ownership/right indicators and Khasra for parcel details. Maps help understand boundaries and location, but they do not replace a field demarcation. WebGIS 2.0 is not a standalone encumbrance certificate portal. For sale deed, mortgage, e-stamp and registered document due diligence, use MPIGR/SAMPADA and contact the Sub-Registrar office when needed.
