MP e-Nagar Palika is the digital municipal services portal for Madhya Pradesh urban local bodies. It helps citizens pay property tax and water bills, apply for ULB services, track applications, download certain certificates and register complaints. It is important to distinguish municipal records from land title: a property tax receipt or no-dues certificate can support due diligence, but it does not prove ownership and does not replace MP Bhulekh/WebGIS land records or MPIGR registered deed checks.

eNagar MP, or MP e-Nagar Palika, is a unified urban local body service platform for Madhya Pradesh. The official legacy portal identifies the Directorate of Urban Administration & Development at Palika Bhawan, Shivaji Nagar, Bhopal, and states that it is the official website of Madhya Pradesh eNagarPalika. Open the official portal and choose Citizen Login or Quick Payments. For property tax, select Property Tax. If the legacy menu is used, go to e-Services > Property Tax and choose Procedure, Property Tax Application, Existing Property Amendments Application/Status Check, Property Namantraran Application/Status Check, No Dues Certificate or Create Temporary Property ID for Registry. Select your ULB and enter the property ID, application number or other fields shown by the live form. Review the property and dues details before paying or downloading a receipt.

Use the certificate-specific menu. The verified official menu lists Download Marriage Certificate, Download Trade Licence Certificate, Download Food Licence Certificate, Hoarding Registration Certificate Download and several Application Status Check/Payment or Track Status routes. eNagar Palika does not provide a legal land ownership certificate or encumbrance certificate. Municipal property tax data identifies a municipal assessment record; it can be useful for checking dues, occupancy/service history and ULB mutation, but it is not a title document. For land ownership, use MP Bhulekh/WebGIS 2.0. For registered sale deed, mortgage or encumbrance-style checks, use MPIGR/SAMPADA and the Sub-Registrar office.

If a payment is not reflected, keep the transaction reference and check Application Status/Payment before paying again. If property ID is not found, confirm ULB, ward and property ID spelling; some records may require creating or updating a property ID.
