For ownership/RoR, use ApnaKhata Rajasthan for Online Jamabandi/RoR, Jamabandi and Mutation Nakal, Jamabandi Nakal along with Map and related land-record services. The official ApnaKhata page states that basic viewing of Nakal does not require registration, while applications and e-signed copies may require user details.

For encumbrance, the tested BhuNaksha UI did not provide an EC module. Use the relevant Registration & Stamps/Sub-Registrar process for a formal Encumbrance Certificate.

• Village does not appear: reselect district, tehsil, RI and halka in order.
• Map sheet is blank: choose a different sheet number or zoom level; some layers may depend on digitised data.
• Plot report does not open: select the exact plot first, then use Single Plot or All Plots of same owner.
• PDF option missing: generate Show Report first and then use Show Report PDF if it appears.
• Boundary mismatch: use BhuNaksha for preliminary map reading and contact the Tehsil/Revenue office for certified corrections.
• Hindi village names are hard to search: copy the village spelling exactly as shown in the dropdown.
